Restaurant in the Limousin

The Teyssier restaurant, a true Uzerche family institution, has recently been joined by Chef Eric Lelong who, with his experience in traditional Corrèze catering, has been able to reinvent a fine and tasty haloed with local flavors. Its specialties navigate between land and sea with a single objective, to enhance the delicious seasonal products of the local terroir, including one of its jewels: calf's head.

You can enjoy its beautiful plates in the large elegant and refined room of the Teyssier or in its panoramic room with the superb view of the Vézère and the surrounding nature. In fine weather, you will appreciate our sunny terrace which offers a pleasant gourmet and relaxing interlude by the water.
